Online Therapy in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Vermont and New Hampshire — Teletherapy for Adults

Licensed online therapy for adults in Georgia. Specializing in addiction, dual diagnosis, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. HIPAA-compliant teletherapy. Free consultation.

Quality mental health care should not depend on where you live or whether you can get to an office. As a licensed therapist serving adults across Georgia, I provide HIPAA-compliant teletherapy that is as effective as in-person care — and far more accessible.

Whether you are in an urban, suburban or rural community with limited local options, you can access experienced, evidence-based counseling from wherever you are comfortable. All you need is a private space and an internet connection.

How online therapy works

Sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform — similar to a video call, but built specifically for healthcare. You do not need to download special software. Sessions are between 45 minutes and an hour and scheduled at times that work for you, including some early morning and evening availability.

Research consistently shows that teletherapy produces outcomes equivalent to in-person therapy for most mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance use disorders. For many clients, the convenience and privacy of online sessions actually improves engagement and consistency.
